MERCHANDISING TEAM:
Organizing new developments, daily update production status, product development, sourcing, very strict order follow up to maintained timely delivers, imported fancy yarn and trim sourcing is controlled our merchandising team.

COMPLIANCE CONTROL:

SAMPLING TEAM:
We take special care in the sampling department, as we understand that the core of garments is the sample. Sampling team consists of highly efficient technical persons controlled by efficient designers reporting directly to the merchandising team. Our sampling department is well equipped to produce best samples in the latest possible time.
PRODUCTION FOLLOW-UP:
Follow up your shipments from the start to end of each process of production. Have excellent production plan capacity regarding sweater production and implement the plan of operation in time properly. Inspections of production technical assistance to factories. checking and approvals of samples, lap dips, strike off and trims. We are in line monitoring without hampering on going production.
IN-LINE INSPECTION:
In line production starts the moment the production starts. It includes checks in the different stages of production. The procedure conducts as soon as manufacturer has started production and has 50-100 pieces completed and ready for packing. The purpose of the in line inspection is to determine if the initial batch of products produced by the manufacturer complies with the clients satisfactions. If at this stage any deviation beyond established tolerance is noticed, timely correction are by made before the bulk production begins. Written inspection reports are prepared confirming observations and a copy is given to the authorized departments for follow-up and rectify the problems detected in line quality control. If required a copy can also be sent to the buyers.
MIDE-LINE INSPECTION:
The procedure conducts a few days after the in line production check particularly when determine have been found during in line quality control depending on the shipment date. For every orders mid-line quality control is performed. The mid-line quality control is conducted to ensure that any variation/discrepancies previously reported are being corrected during further production and that a satisfaction quality standard is being achieved. We provide report on each process on your shipment.
FINAL INSPECTION:
This is final inspection when goods are ready for shipment. This inspection is conducted by at least two quality control officers associated with the order before this inspection. This ensure an unbiased report and after that the buyer’s nominated Q.A personal are carry out the inspection for the release of the shipment. Inspect your shipments as per international quality standard or as per your requirements. We will issue inspection certificate of your shipments the provide you the level of quality of goods.
COMMEICAL:
Checking of shipping documents, assistance in forwarding and consolidation, master L/C control and transfer to factories. To provide complete details when the shipments will be dispatched (like B/L No. ETD/ETA, Vessel Schedule etc.)
